Argentina: Flybondi obtains Air Operator’s Certificate, prepares for launch

The Argentine Civil Aviation Authority recently announced that it has issued an Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) to Flybondi. With the certification process already finished, the emerging low-cost airline has already begun selling tickets with its proposed launch set on January 26. Flybondi, Argentina’s first low-cost carrier, gets government’s green light

Argentina finally got its very first low-cost carrier after Flybondi got the green light from the government to operate 85 routes for the next 15 years. Argentina’s Ministry of Transport gave the approval to the new low-cost carrier, which would now fly 43 domestic, and 42 international routes.
